Open every evening from early May to early October, it is reserved for hotel guests and their invited guests and operates on a reservation basis.

Our Clients

The Primerose is primarily a hotel restaurant for stay that our clients choose as a base for exploring. In the morning, after a good breakfast, they leave by car, bicycle, on foot or by coach to discover our region. Returning in the evening after a fulfilling day, they know that our Chef Jean Louis has spent the afternoon preparing for them a good meal, plentiful and delicious. This is what we call the chef’s dinner.

It is a diverse and balanced menu with a regional touch (not to mention the lightness thanks to the steam cooking). It changes every evening and consists of three dishes.

Please let us know if you have any dietary restrictions when making your reservation. We are happy to accommodate vegetarians and those with celiac disease. Additionally, if you’re cycling, we understand the importance of slow-burning carbohydrates and offer pasta dishes as an extra option. Our daily menu is available from breakfast and if there’s anything you’re not fond of, simply inform us before you depart in the morning and we’ll happily make a change.
